Corum Admiral’s Cup Black Chronograph 40 is something to look forward to this year. It’s part of the brand’s Admiral’s Cup collection that is already celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2010. It’s housed in a 12-sided case, 40mm diameter in diameter, black PVD treatment with 66 diamonds. It comes in either black or white dial with Superluminova Seconds hand counterweight shaped like the CORUM key Date indication in a window at 4.30 o’clock. It’spowered by a self-winding chronograph, COSC certified movement, that shows hours, minutes, small seconds, date Chronograph with counters. The watch is water resistant by up to 100 meters and is mounted on a black vulcanized rubber strap. TBA.

Corum, a world reknowned watch maker, established in 1955, has unveiled their latest, Corum Admirals Cup Tides 44. The watch demonstrates the skills of the brand for its not only tells time precisely, for it also shows the phases of the moon, date and indicate
the tides. Its in a 44mm stainless steel case, with a blue dial that displays a nautical flag bezel. Its water resistant for up to 100 meters and is presented on a stainless steel bracelet.

Corum Admiral’s Cup Chronograph 48 Bol d’Or Mirabaud is the special edition Corum watch created in partnership with the prestigious sailiing event that is to be held this June, Bol d’Or Mirabaud. This timepiece atops all with its dodecagonal bezel and a dial featuring nautical pennants, that symbolizes the colors of regatta -Blue and Gold. It relies on a self-winding COSC-certified chronograph movement - CO753 that has functions of hours, minutes, small seconds, date, and chronograph. It’s in a twelve-sided 48mm titanium case with bezel and crwon protector that made from vulcanized rubber. This watch is mounted on a black vulcanized rubber strap fitted with a titanium tongue buckle with Corum logo.

Corum Admiral's Cup Minute Repeater Tourbillon 45

For fifty years the Admiral’s Cup collection has paid tribute to marine and sea enthusiasts. To celebrate the 50th anniversary, Corum has chosen to combine two complications together: the tourbillon and the minute repeater.

Corum is also celebrating by including a new caliber: the CO-010. It has 29 jewels, beating at 21,600 bph and has a power reserve of 72 hours. Silicium is used for the tourbillon escapement and pallets and it features a special Corum high-end finish and Cotes de Geneva finish on the button bridges. The 18kt rose gold case measures 45mm with 22mm lugs. The crystal is sapphire with AR-coating. It is water resistant up to 30 meters.

This jubilee model has a bezel containing a hidden winding function. For a sporting model, to have the minute repeater’s push-piece extend out was notably risky for it might get caught and potentially damage the mechanism. For this, a specific bezel was constructed the winds the minute repeater function by rotating the bezel 27 degrees clockwise.

Limited Edition of 10 Pieces per year

Corum, the Swiss watchmaker and official timepiece supplier for the World Series of Poker (WSOP), is offering players the opportunity to custom order hand-painted dials featuring their winning hand. The first such design was created for the 2005 Main Event champion, Aussie Joe Hachem, showing his winning hand: a seven of clubs and three of spades. “We are offering the past and future champions of the WSOP a chance to commemorate their winning moment in poker history with a unique timepiece specially created and designed for them by our master artisans,” says Michael Wunderman, Corum president. Priced from $25,000 to $40,000 (diamonds optional).
