Breitling’s 2007 Montbrillant Legende
The Montbrillant Legende chronograph is the latest edition to the Navitimer line. In addition to it being the latest it is also the largest in the line with an imposing stature of 47mm. Breitling has endowed this model with flowing, balanced lines that further emphasize its unique character. In terms of finish, the ML holds its singularity by offering a steel and a steel & rose gold version.
Holding true to Breitling’s roots in aeronautics, the ML is not only equipped with the famous circular slide rule, but also on its case back with a conversion scale for the main aviation weights & measures. The styling and layouts of the dial hail from 1940’s inspiration. The traditional central 1/100th of an hour indication along with the horizontal totalizers at 9 and 3 o’clock are all characteristics of Breitling Caliber 23, the mechanism driving this first class Navitimer.
