The Breitling Super Avenger Blacksteel Chronograph features a 48mm stainless steel case whose stealthy black surface is the result of a highly durable carbon nitride treatment. The dial has a satin black surface and sub-dials with vertically striated motifs showcasing brilliant red accents on the hands, 30-minute chronograph counter, and the tachymeter rehaut. A unidirectional rotating bezel with a luminous dot assures security and safety in monitoring critical diving intervals.
The Breitling Super Avenger Blacksteel Chronograph doesn’t cut corners when it comes to its sporty qualifications. Equipped with a domed sapphire crystal, large screw-down crown and massive screw-locked caseback, the watch can safely go down 300m. Ticking inside is the self-winding Breitling Caliber 13 movement, which is based upon the tried and tested Valjoux 7750 chronograph caliber; a truly ideal motor for this timepiece, the Breitling Caliber 13 offers a date display and subsidiary seconds, in addition to the chronograph complication. A dial inscription attests to the fact that the Super Avenger’s movement has undergone and passed the precision tests of the Controle Officiel Suisse des Chronometres (COSC). Balance wheel frequency is 28,800 beats per hour, and power reserve is 42 hours.
The Breitling Super Avenger Blacksteel Chronograph is limited to an edition of 3,000 pieces. Each timepiece is fitted with a rubber strap and a tang buckle with black carbon nitride treatment.
